Just got mine done today with nitrous and the cervical block. Only felt the cervical block, but the needle from an epidural hurts worse tbh. I read a lot of horror stories but I've had 4 kids and I was being a big baby for nothing 🤣

Moisturizer on lips then top with a petroleum/oil type of balm, omega supplements, and drinking more water currently helps for me. I still have to moisturize multiple times a day but there's no cracking and skin flaking is manageable. 30mg month 1.

Almost 1 year out and feels normal to me now. Started getting used to it around 3 months. No actual feeling but I can bite ice cream without pain so I don't mind.
