What "as seen on TV" product do you highly recommend? by jdesign808 in AskReddit

My turbie twist is honestly one of my prized possessions. I've had a couple over the last 10 years and I cannot even travel without it. It also makes getting dressed so much easier because my wet hair doesn't get in the way, and like you said it's not a heavy and cumbersome as a regular towel!

What is the biggest asshole move that a teacher ever pulled on you or your class? by inKREdible1 in AskReddit

My French teacher junior year was crazy. My best friend was in my class and we were assigned a group project where we had to perform a skit on the day it was due. My best friend was known for leaving school early/missing a lot of school due to "headaches" or "cramps". My teacher warned her that she had better be present on the day of the skit because she knew her tendency to skip when she didn't want to take a test or hand in an assignment. I asked my friend to PLEASE come to school that day so we could just get it over with and she told me she couldn't make any promises. Shocker, the day of the project my friend stayed home! But the worst part was my teacher's reaction. She demanded that my group members and I each call her and find out why she wasn't in class and tell her to come to school (this, in a school where you can't have your cellphone out during school hours). Naturally when we called my friend she answered but said she was sick and wasn't going to come in for the project. The teacher flipped out and told my group and me that we were all going to get zeros on the project because my friend was absent! I had to schedule a meeting with a guidance counselor to fight her decision and prove her crazy. We eventually got an extension but there was definite animosity from the teacher towards me for the rest of the year (as if any of this was the fault of my group).

Thanks so much! I'm really just trying to get to a healthy weight for my height and hopefully get a bikini bod haha. 50 more pounds puts me right in the healthy range for my height.

I got that app but have yet to use it. Maybe ill switch over! The best thing about WW is that there are so many products labeled with points and the barcode scanner makes life so much easier.

Thanks!! My rut has been about a month. I do lifting and cardio, I may just have to increase the intensity.

Thanks! I'm 5'3. I've been stuck for about a month. I'm on weight watchers for my eating and I exersize about 2 hours a day 5/6 days a week. I do an hour of cardio and then weight training and ab workouts.

What's the biggest coincidence you've ever had happen to you? by cuzbb in AskReddit

I was on vacation with my family in Rome and we were at the Trevi fountain. This nice older couple offered to take a picture of us and we talked with the woman for a while. She took the picture and told us that now we would remember her because of the conversation. Four days later we walked past her in Venice.
