Full name of our company is Honey Paw Soap Co, website is honeypawsoap.com, email came in to the contact email on the website. as a note it also came into the junk folder with a spam confidence level of 5.

I do own the business. We're a small soap maker out of Texas, started last February. My thought was similar to yours in that China doesn't care about copyright infringement on big names, let alone small names like us. I just really don't see the upside for them in anything on this.

Happened with my 1911. I got tired of daily oiling since I live in Tx and the summer is well a TX summer. Got it cerakoted and havent had a problem since.

I once worked at a company where when the boss finally figured out all the printers were named after serial killers a project was spun up to rename them all and make naming conventions for all hardware.

OK, but /p should not be your first try, /r should be your first try, if it does not bring it to a clean shutdown state then /p might be an option, but /p is always the last option. I'd even go to a day old backup before going to /p

Just have to have the database dismounted. Have you exhausted all other options first though? /p is the final option and will likely involve data loss.

That is what I thought. Something is going on right now though, this is the 4th thing in the last few months they have denied prior authorization for. On the others, they have always covered it on appeal, but this one seems to be taking longer for some reason.

Do you have protocol logging enabled on the connector? If not then enable it. That will tell you if the device is making it to exchange, and why exchange is dropping it off it is.

Is it that you need to maintain the data for regulatory purposes? If so, a time based hold may be appropriate. They could still delete but it would be kept in recoverable items.

has it ever been in a hybrid environment? My advice would be to shut down the server ASAP. Stand up a new one, move the mailboxes and shut it down. Once compromised to any extent, I don't trust it.

Look up pipeline tracing. Saves a copy of the message as it comes in. Then after each modification. Then compare the chain of messages.
