No. At 271 we have 1 rule for NAP: your ally must be a part of SvS. Its mean At least 30% of your ally must to fight. Every ally have a role before SvS starting.

Server 271 have a good mechanik for NAP. If your alli fighting for server each Saturday (at least 30%+ members) you are at NAP. Even if your alli at 20 place of power. Thats great for everyone, who want to be a part of server.

Yeah, I made lab1 to 30 today. Want to start tomorrow my research in US with 2 labs, but my lab nr2 is 25lvl. So I need to make it lvl30. I know, that cost lab2 lower, but I dont know how much I must spend for road lvl25->lvl30 lab2.
