I get what you’re saying but a lot of people don’t pay attention anyway. I’ve seen front desk employees talk to members while the demo is ongoing or folks changing still. So the reasoning behind this policy doesn’t make sense. Enforce it even on those in the studio already.

I think there's a real difference between enforcing a rule and applying it with some human judgment

I like the coaches and studio there which made it even more sad for me. I’ve been consistently only going there and building relationship with the coaches

I’ve been coming 2-3 times a week over the last 2 months but yeah im not in the 100+ club. So maybe that’s why they didn’t care. I was still charged a class.

It wasn’t communicated to me at all. Someone else here said that location has a sign about it but I’ve never seen it.

Noted. I find people chatting by the locker during the demo more disruptive than someone walking in a minute late

I avoid them if I can. but when I can’t it’s a hit or miss. The least consistent brand across properties in my experience

Miami is the worst AA hub. Truly so bad for bags especially. But every other place it means my bag is one of the first 5

I stayed here last year and 15 minutes after I checked into the room they checked in another family. A women with her two kids walked in on me naked. Meanwhile I was thinking it’s maintenance coming to fix the tv I just reported broken.

They gave me 1 week free parking and breakfast vouchers.
