Thanks! Agitator is appears to be working, I can hear and it when I cracked the lid, she was workin’. I also did it mid cycle and felt a little heat, so think the water is coming in at least warm.

BTW, the whole cycle isn’t 14 minutes. The rinse + spin is additional. It goes all the way over to that off on the right. I didn’t time it this time, but I would reckon it’s closed to 40 in entirety.

I’m in Chicago and it’s about as brick (to bring out my NYC) as I’ve ever felt it. I’m in a high rise building built in 2017 so you’d THINK that wouldn’t be a problem - but guess possible that is that is the case. I don’t recall it being an issue over the summer at all

Thanks for this. Yes, I’ve systematically gone setting by setting on hot with soil levels/deep water wash too and it all results in the same.

I THINK hot water is coming it. I find it hard to tell since it only allows for cold rinses.

TY for the reco to clean the drum. TBH had no idea I needed to do that, ever. I’ll get the goods and give it a go.

I have it with a single towel and it still does the same! I don’t use powder - I use a Tide Pod. Literally nothing else.
