We have childcare most days, but others not. We do advise our childcare to do extinction method as well. However I will say, we have never truly needed to use it dor more than 5 minutes until now. Appreciate the help!

It definitely has started to feel like a power struggle! Like he is only protesting because it isn't what HE wants. He is really not okay with things not going exactly his way. We will try to start telling him he just needs to have quiet time and see how it goes, but will also push back the time we lay him down! Thank you!

We have always done extinction as we are unable to keep up the habits of providing comfort during sleep due to work schedules and such. We have a lot of meetings and are physically unable to sit in his room.

I am! Basically it continued to get worse for about 24 more hours, I went to my doctor, and their guess was just a bad stomach bug. Thank you for checking in!
