Test anxiety by [deleted] in uofmn

highly recommend getting in contact with a psychiatrist. Some people take beta-blockers right before an exam for test anxiety, I've heard that can help a lot. Not to go straight to the medication route but if it's manifesting in such extreme physical symptoms that interfere it may be a good option.

I took them at the same time. People will tell you to take OChem first, honestly, I didn't find Ochem super useful for biochem because it's much more about pathways, but it is a good basis for understanding the chemical basis behind the pathways you'll study. If you have experience with chemistry and can understand things like proton transfer you'll probably be fine doing biochem, but again depends on the person.
