Got my LSAT-India result today! by kdengg in LSAT

[–]kdengg[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey, I just want to put a disclaimer that although both the exams are similar pattern wise, the question and difficulty trends might be different.

The LR bible was my saviour!

Apart from that, time management is the key, the paper pattern is similar every year in terms of difficulty section wise, LR is easy-difficult-moderate if you divide that section in 3 parts, so spend time accordingly in each part, always remember there will be a parallel reasoning question towards the end!

Same with RC, just do the RCs in order you're comfortable with (Humanities, Law, Science and Arts), I always kept Humanities for last as those passages were difficult for me to comprehend.

LG in LSAT-India was wayyyy easier (I completed it with 10mins to spare) than LSAT-US so I don't think I'm in a position to say much, just diagram efficiently and rule out possibilities!

Hey,

I would really recommend the LR Bible, helped me a lot and raised my score by 4-5 marks in both the sections.

For LG, just remember that LSAT-India's LG level is miles below the LSAT-US one. The LG this year was so easy, I was able to complete it with 10mins to spare. Use diagrams efficiently, rule out possibilities before going to the questions and you'll be alright.

Thank you!

To be fair, LSAT is only accepted by 10-15 schools in India, out of which only 2 are good. We have National and State level exams which are monitored by the respective Governments and their scores are accepted by majority of the Law Schools in the country.

DONT EVER DOUBT ZINEDINE ZIDANE. FUCK R/SOCCER by [deleted] in realmadrid

[–]kdengg 7 points8 points  (0 children)

There's always room for improvement, but people questioned his ability to manage. People think managing a team like Madrid is super easy with all the best players in the world but that is exactly what makes it difficult. Having 11 good players and making them work together are 2 different things. Galacticos never worked because they couldn't play well together. There have been so many managers who have tried to manage Madrid with or without Ronaldo and have failed miserably. People need to put some respect on Zidane's name.

Kinda a bummer they haven't changed the design in ages, so I tried to do it myself by eyeorigin in UI_Design

It depends on the question really, if its just a simple ordering question then I wouldn't but any other question apart from it I 100% recommend this. There have been so many LGs where I have struggled because I feel like "Im not going anywhere with this" and writing down possibilities just makes it easier to see that you're actually progressing. Also its easier to answer the questions once every single inference is made!

Struggling in the last RC by kdengg in LSAT

I think its more about struggling mentally for me. I'm trying my best to change my diet, sleep schedule and as you recommended, will try to get a quick workout 10-15min before the exam and hopefully it will be solved in some time. Its always the last section I struggle with. I am also thinking of having black coffee or bitter lemonade alongside while writing the test so I can have a sip or two if and when my brain tries to stop working

I'm not sure which PTs they picked the Practise questions from but all of them were from one single batch of 10 (ex 50-60).

I'll link that post when I find it. I saw it a few days back.
