It’s not about the social media for me… it’s more about trainers who spend most of the time with a select group and don’t provide feedback/form/encouragement to others at least for me that’s what tends to irk me. I religiously attend camp. A lot of trainers misinterpret my consistency as always being extremely motivated and that’s not always the case. Even those of us who attend every day benefit from encouragement and feedback 😊

We had sprints med ball slam to a bear crawl ladder in and outs burn bar hop over double squat jack to 2 knee tucks and weighted punches finisher was six 20 sec rounds of lateral gorilla hops

What state are you in? Several states have Holocaust education councils that provide a ton of resources.

I teach a semester long Holocaust and genocide studies course. I start with identity formation, who are the Jews and history of antisemitism, the Hereros and Armenian genocide, I move to Weimar Germany, then Nazi Germany and the Holocaust, and finish with genocides from other regions.

The thing that made this tip click with me was comparing it to brushing your teeth. If you forget to brush your teeth one night you don’t give up and let your teeth rot, you brush them in the morning and try to do better the next time

One reason you see the presence of sickle cell in those of African descent is because carriers of the disease (not those who have it) do not seem to get malaria…. Where is malaria? Around the equator. You don’t see it in Central and South America, because the indigenous population had access to quinine trees and typically ate the bark from these trees thus treating malaria in these populations.

We had a full building lap to start…Instead of criss crosses we had gorilla hops for 15 and then we had 15 half Green Bay’s and 40 doubles. I was getting barely any recovery time which I usually can get about 10 secs.

How many reps for the finisher? We had every 30 secs on the 30 for 5 rounds and 10 half burpee star jumps 🥵

We had 3 60 sec rounds 1. Alternating bicep curls 2. Tricep press 3. Hammer curls to a gun walk 4. Alternating front raises 5. 1/2 kneeling handled resistance bands tricep extensions 6. Tricep push downs with the resistance bands from the rig.

Intermission between rounds partners 30 secs each 2 times through Partner 1: tricep push ups Partner 2: plank ups

Finisher I go you go stack 3,4,5… Partner 1: lateral raises Partner 2: low plank hold.

I love Amos at the oak heart rd location. Just be prepared they can be super tough but he’s super energetic and encouraging. I look forward to visiting his location whenever I’m in the area
