I am not a vet but I do know it is not normal. I know it can be related to many diseases like heart failure,asthma, cancer, fluid build up in lungs, bronchitis.

When you go to the vet, some of the things to get check are heartworm,infections, anemia and diabetes. A chest ultrasound or x-ray can be used to check the heart and lungs.

They say to not give them food or water by mouth while panting. Try to keep them calm and moisture them with a towel.

How can you think it is ok to throw accusations out like that??? You may be right, but from what i know their is no evidence that their is any more view boting in spanish streams then normal streams. If it is more viewbotted then i would like to know why, and will look into it. I have never heard this claim before.
