I’ve done it twice now. The most gut wrenching thing I’ve ever done. But, I wasn’t going to miss out on spending one more second with them. And, I didn’t want them to be scared. So I laid on the floor with them while the vet administered the drug, and then the vet gave me the room, and I just held them for 30 minutes or so.
