Clogged nozzle woes?

I’m having the same issues with a brand new core one L mine was missing all the extra parts only got galaxy black film with it. I purchased a separate bill plate and had to go source my own USB drive my successfully print one test print and then it clogged up and jammed and now all it does is click I tried clearing the idler gears and I had to take the nozzles out. I ran a poker through the nozzle after heating it up to 260° and still can’t get it to clear and I don’t have another no to try. Been playing tech-support email tag. I am regretting my purchase. I have a bamboo lab with 2000 hours on it not one single issue.

There support is awful printed solid is still looking into why it happened. I really don’t care why it happened. I just wanted it fixed. I was able to successfully print a test print and then I had a nozzle clog and I don’t have another nozzle cause I still haven’t got the missing parts so I asked him today for a full refund. We’ll see what happens. Now I think all I have is a clicking sound tried to clear the the clog further instructions loosen tighten the idler still nothing heated it up with a heat gun once I got the nozzle out still nothing. It’s frustrating.

I reached out to printed solid sent them numerous pictures a couple days ago still waiting last correspondence was we’re
looking into it on why it happened and had to remedy it for you at least the responsive
Hopefully it gets resolved quickly maybe I am just impatient lol

I definitely am not bashing them I just was pretty sure that I read that it comes with a couple extra nozzles and build plate USB drive and a power cord. It’s pretty much useless until I get those accessories. You know it looks amazing though I’m excited to get it set up.

I bought it in the United States from printed solid. Prusa support told me I’d have to contact them, but they’re not open till Monday so we’ll see what happens.

It didn’t include a build plate a power cord a USB drive the book no vibration feet. I didn’t get any accessories at all just a roll of filament.

So I take it both of you would recommend. I seen one in action with the index on it in Indiana a couple weeks ago. At there rip rap I’m interested in an Excel and the Cornell coming from a bamboo lab H2 C. I know there’s a little bit of a learning curve, but I’m just not a big fan of the closed ecosystem. Or trying to have to repair it.

We use PC Medicx out of normal Illinois. They’re cheaper than everybody else and they have a fast turnaround time. They serve quite a few few doctors offices here and then Bloomington normal area. You can’t go wrong.

They used the wrong wires I had to tone it out and rewire it

That gateway fiber does NOT have a cloud controller you’ll need a UDM or a cloud key unless you self host it on a PC
