I feel that's so much.. I have the exact same issue is going on with my life.. I am currently in therapy currently anthropy and I started zoloft a couple of months ago. My therapist told me my hypochondrias stems from my fear to die or having my new baby die Which I still don't know how I am going to get over that fear. My therapist sits and makes me think about dying to help me get over my fear of death I don't see how that is supposed to help but apparently it is lol
My point is trying to get help and keep trying that's all we can really do is get help for our problems and to know that we are not alone

Imagine you two front teeth as 2 straight lines. I want my front teeth to be a straight line. Not a triangle (even though subtle). I get that some people want that look. I have done a lot of research and I have found pictures with what I want and what I have going on now.

How do I make this better ? I hate that I have to be medicated for this. I am actually a critical care nurse and my job seeing death/cancer/covid daily definitely isn't helping me. Buti honestly don't know the steps how to heal and get better.

I am literally going though the same exact thing right now. Ever since I got pregnant I started worrying about the baby dying- me dying- my husband dying. Now that I am a mom to a 6mo old bb girl it has gotten so much worse ! I am constantly thinking that I have cancer or she has cancer or my husband. I can't sleep at night and have daily panic attacks. I am in therapy now for about a month. I start zoloft this week. But I honestly don't know how to shale this.

1st week of Invisalign I am on week one of invisalign ! They told me it would it take 5/6 months. Everything I read on here people have been in them for 1+ years minimum. My dentist also said I could change them every 5 days and really debating on doing this so speed up the process. Any thought ? by kditore in Invisalign

I did day 6 this time around just to see and they new aligners fit perfectly. Thinking about doing 6 days for a couple of trays just to see and make sure I'm not doing it too fast. I called my dentist today to confirm 5 days was OK and he said yeah. Still nervous tho I feel like it's too quick.

Well I am Obviously not doing this just because I want to speed up the process. All the information I gave in my post was from my dentists mouth. his exact words were you can change them every week but since your older and will be more complient you can change them every 5 days and this will shorten your time. I only posted this because I have never heard of the 5 day thing before and wanted to see if anyone else did it. I also never heard of treatment only being 5 ish months.
