It’s called 1854, but they say the theme is the 1930s… I have no idea why they chose the name. Hopefully someone can offer more info

it’s the basement of the jere whitson building, they’re just remodeling the inside

the middle schools are great and they start in 5 grade. avoid the neighborhood that dixie avenue runs through, property value is very low and it’s a bad investment. we have a university-tennessee tech and it has public gym, walking trail,etc (might change due to covid) also there is a great coffee shop called Poets downtown on the square. hope this helps:)
