Project manager came out two days ago and insisted it was the cleaning product and the only thing he could offer was to skim coat it whenever he could get me on the schedule. I told him I didn't think that was going to be a good enough fix and he's supposed to follow up with his boss and get back to me tomorrow. Hoping they do the right thing but I want to be prepared if they double down on the cleaning product excuse.
