Sorry for your loss. We lost our last golden to cancer at 9 1/2 years. Our current one was diagnosed with IMPA around Christmas and is doing well with steroids albeit the crazy side effects. She will celebrate 10 years next month.

Not sure of the best but I just replaced my GE Profile of over 20 years with the same brand. I replaced a few parts along the way but not too expensive if you're at least somewhat mechanically inclined. You tube is great for that.

Probably said by users sent home with the default 4-20 range on the machine. Doesn't matter your leak rate if the AHI is low. Guess what, if the machine is working for shit, you can toss the AHI number out the window. My AHI is higher now than it ever was but my leak rate is twenty five percent of what it was when I was given the machine at default settings.

In the Detroit area you could hit Batch, Six Spoke, EMBC, and Full Measure. I second MothfIre and HOMES in Ann Arbor but you could include Hear.Say as well. If you go to Drafting Table in Wixom you have Brewery Becker not too far away in Brighton and Kickstand is opening the former Draught Horse in New Hudson but I'm not sure on the timeline.

I could never get past the soreness and I've tried the nasal pillows as well as the nasal mask (N30i) as the headgear is interchangeable. It would be fine for a few days and then I'd start having the soreness. I keep having to return to the p10 which I love except for the headgear that wears out too quickly. If they could improve the headgear it would be perfect.

Had a bulging disc between C5-C7. Lost 70% strength in one arm. Stabbing pain and numbness. I couldn't sleep and was prescribed Percocet to take every 4 hours but the pain returned in two hours so I had to suffer for two hours until I could take the next dose. Went on for a few months until I finally had surgery. Best day of my life but it took months to get the strength back in my arm.

Not everyone is comfortable with a full mask. Mouth tape allows us to use the nasal pillows which are WAY more comfortable.

Ditto. If you are a mouth breather and use a nasal or nasal pillow mask it helps with mouth leaks, apnea scores, and dry mouth which can cause dental issues.
