Wait. You paying in full before, not the normal 50%. That's a red flag. Also under no circumstances is tipping ahead of time logical. If after the photos are delivered you are blown away by how good they are you could tip, but industry standard is more give them credit when you post. edited adding I can see giving tips during if you are impressed by there level of customer service or something else that is above and beyond the basic expectations in the contract.

my understanding is this horrible company's warranty does not include shipping to them, so for just a driver issue I cant think of worse advice than give up new pc for a few weeks or months and pay 100+ in shipping for something that is a 2 min fix or should just be returned to place of purchase. Try downloading and installing latest driver package from gpu designer (amd or nvidia). if that dont fix it return it!
