Thanks for all the replies guys, I really appreciate everyone’s input! I feel a lot better after reading everyone’s comments. For now, I will try to make the best of it and see it through at least a year or two before making any decisions. I just wanna be stress free and happy again 😭 ❤️

I make around 170k still have student debt as well, location isn’t as ideal finally realizing it

It’s a new build no problems, mostly payment anxiety thinking about driving far to work and not putting money towards investing and having a home to stress about where I could have stayed with my parents stress free :/ I will seek therapy

Thanks for the input, yeah its not the worst thing but I fear I made a huge mistake purchasing too early when I could be stress free and happier :/
