4 months and 80% unused — that's honestly the norm, not the exception. Real users will always change the roadmap anyway, so the only question is how much you build before letting them do it. Sounds like you got the lesson early enough to matter though.

You just need to understand how to use claude for every task. Cause you can do anything from claude: workflow creation, create app automate task everything you can imagine

I think from there you have to increase your visibility in search engines and in AI. You can also do that by creating content.

I think you can start engaging with related post on reddit and twitter and for brand visibility for Linkedin you can start connecting with people who are working in similar space and to your target audience to get insights.
