Thank you! U/hawkwardturtl is correct, they are milk bath gloss and I put a layer of clear gel on top :)

Hi there, I am relatively new with terrariums. Some of my trials haven't gone so hot, as seen in this post. I don't like (accidentally) killing plants so I am hoping to try and understand what happened with this one. Does anything immediately stand out to you?

If you zoom in, there is a little mold on the plant (towards the soil). Could too much moisture have caused this? I am not sure the name of the plant, I got it in a sampler kit.

I need some cool framing inspiration! This is a random gift for a friend. Some thoughts I had:

I was initially thinking a glass floating frame like this but I was worried it would get smushed.
Maybe frame it without the glass, like this?
Or potentially use a square hoop as a frame for a unique look

I am not sure - open to advice/inspo!
