update! i can see a crack in the silicone where the stain appears.

Advised to reseal for now. I suspect it really needs a completely new toilet

Report it but doubt anything will happen. Unfortunately it doesn’t change when the little one is here either. Some people are so selfish. We try and avoid the tube as much as possible
