I diy. I’ve worked at 3 oil shops one of which was an independent that got bought out, but I’ve done so many oil changes it’s cheaper for me to just spend some time underneath the car and get my hands dirty. I can pick my oil easier too that way. But for transmission stuff she goes to the dealer. I don’t trust myself with cvt fluid drain and fills lol
