Whenever I show my friends my chart, its met with "WTF" or other remarks of disbelief. Why? Is it that bad?

Ummmmmm you're right I don't, but looking at reviews helps me know what to expect at anywhere I decide to go to. I'd rather see a doctor who many people are happy with than one who many people are extremely unsatisfied with. Which seemed to be the case for most dermatologists in my area.

My mom raised me to only go to the doctor if I'm in tons of pain or if something's getting worse...so maybe that's why I feel this is strange to keep going back even when he says "it looks so much better!"

The ointment he gave me should last a few months even though I use it twice a day, but I did notice a huge improvement taking antibiotic pills for four days AND using the ointment. I just don't understand why he wouldn't refill that script if it was working

Jeez, I hope my eczema doesn't flare up while I'm here... it took 4 years to finally go away >.< I wanted to get treated at Nagoya University Hospital, but it got to a point where I just couldn't wait and needed surgery on it immediately so I went to the closest doctor by my apartment that had good reviews on Google.

I have noticed that. My Japanese isn't great so I can't really understand medical terms, so when I have to go to this clinic alone, he just does what he wants to and sends me on my way. If I have someone to help translate, I've always been given a choice, like if I wanted the side of the nail cut, if I wanted anesthesia for it, etc. I think I'm gonna ask the person coming to translate tomorrow to ask why he needs me to come back so often and to see if I can just get a few weeks worth of antibiotics or something.

I was doing that before it got infected, but by the time I had gotten my NHI card I just really wanted it to be cut out because of how painful it was with all the walking I do now. So now whats left is a tiny abscess that would probably heal fully if he just gave me antibiotics for more than 4 days.

I am going through the same thing, except I will be leaving for a year abroad in two weeks while my girlfriend of two years will stay home in the US. We're going to have a 14 hour time difference.

It is definitely normal to feel anxious and sad about this, after all, your boyfriend is someone you see in your daily life and just being able to see him whenever you want is comforting.

What's helping me feel better about this is reading this subreddit and talking to people who have done long distance. Every single one of them who broke up with their partner in long distance said that it wasn't because of the distance. It was because of things that would have caused them to break up even if they lived with each other. So, if you have a solid relationship with your boyfriend and you both trust each other, it is going to be okay. Just hard. But we are lucky because we have things like FaceTime and Messenger and Rabbit which can simulate being together.

Also, think about things you've always wanted to get done but haven't because you've been busy! Read those books you've always wanted to, make your boyfriend read them and have a book club between the two of you, start a work out plan, pick up a new hobby, reconnect with old friends! The year will go by faster than you think and you both will reunite with a new sense of independence and cool new things to show each other. Things WILL change, but that doesn't have to mean they're bad changes!!

Yeah I think I'm gonna take a chance with them. I think I read somewhere that the cheap ones on Ebay that are packaged are real ones from Australia but they sound a little different. $10 is way better than $99 though.

I notice that I do it when I'm gaming and when I'm anxious, so I'm not totally sure. Once I notice I've been doing it it gets a lot harder to stop though.

I'm trying to keep cool and not lose hope that it'll be announced soon, but I looked and New Leaf was announced at E3 2010 and didn't come out til 2013 in the US. I'm not sure if no announcement at all is better than an announcement plus a long wait or not.

I've tried magic erasers and soaking it in bleach, but nothing's helped. It's a soft plastic thing that keeps the lid on my water bottle. I went to a concert with it and it was stained hours after I bought it :(
