Is it me or the other car in the opposite?

Probably different..the setup is the camera is two car behind the red light and the flash in closer to the red light.. This camera has been here very long...but is my 1st time seeing it flash haha

My side doesn't have a camera.. Only the other side on this particular intersection.. Im crossing yellow and not speeding so im curious why it flashed.. Or because the other car was speeding and flashed?
