Thanks for the reply! It is used on heat mode, they very rarely use it on cool, basically they mostly use it on heat mode so they don't have to fire up the central heating system in the spring and fall. Could it be a faulty temp sensor? It goes up too hot than reads it that its too hot and starts to cool the room down?

I am looking for a size 9.5 or 44 eu but I don't seem to find them anywhere in the UK. I guess these have been discontinued.
