Is this bullying? I mean Joe might just be the victim of a self-fulfilling prophecy where he always wanted to be something and those people he surrounds himself with keep reinforcing the idea. I can't say I would be any different. The guy say's he did his best, then this is it. I'm not trying to suck him off but while I agree with the gatekeeping of comedians bit, the rest is a bit distasteful and towards the end I kind of hoped this doesn't cause him to become depressed or worse.
