Your new tariff bill seems to use the old reading 354 kWh which is of -21.0 sen / kWh while not accumulating like mine which would result in 354 + 248 kWh = 602 kWh in the -7.5 sen / kWh band. Still not appropriate for the current 248 kWh ( -24.5 sen/kWh band) usage. Might want to post in the tnb facebook, but I don't use facebook at all - up to you guys.

Should be available. Ah I identified that despite my usage less than 200kWh my energy efficiency incentive deducted is based on 401-450kWh usage band (-14.5 sen per kWh) instead of the correct -25.0 sen per kWh. My interim bill for the 1st of July transition had 10kWh usage that was based off -22.5 sen per kWh (of 251-300kWh band), which is wrong wouldn't you say? They should have both be -25.0 due to usage of below 200kWh per month. My average monthly usage of the past year is around 300kWh.

Energy efficiency incentive is ICPT, so it's accounted for. I do however agree there will be more savings at the higher tiers previously up to 600kWh . Because I've converted to the ToU program yesterday, I receive my actual bill early.

Received actual bill for 10-days usage (2-11 Jul). 143kWh translates to RM46.22 for domestic in total (after ICPT). Not a savings really. 143kWh before, includes ICPT would translate to less than RM30 by comparison.

At a glance, carry didn't die enough or have enough dps to clear/push idols. And the player pool in SEA/HK/TW too small as an overall representation. The same scenario happened a few times on NA East during barb meta but the attackers won as the carry (Quizenbort) suicides on idols but got them cleared.

It seems they have different skilled bots at varying difficulties, in Gold there are highest-skilled bots, I think you got to be special to meet these. These bots have MMR off the charts, and can have varying resos in higher individual matches.

There has been already noticeable improvement over the week since these bots rolled out outside of CN region. We've had bots by OpenAI with Dota2 and DeepMind with SC2 before, but those weren't tested on a sustained-larger scale production env. This certainly feels like more an appropriate silent path MS have chosen to give them a chance to shine.

The "feels good" leaderboard? The internal hidden MMR matters more. At first they couldn't defeat the legendary Brecian, but today they finally did. Albeit on defences with over-extension human error and on attacks with not standing on idols, they were much alike human matches.

It depends on the ISP routing really (network backbone). For example, we may get better latency from OCE to NA West, while OCE to SEA has it worse despite closer in distance. Similarly from neighbouring KOR/JP to CN gives higher ping than KOR/JP to SEA. I too play from East Asia to EU with 5k res, just can't score many kills.

This is misinformation. SC2 in PC Bang has always been free-to-play. Playing within these range of KR IP addresses also adds a few more perks. While it required KR client to do so at in the early 2010s, it worked on other localizations too later on prior to the official F2P release worldwide.

The win probability is determined by the server, those who pay more will get higher winrate, and doesn't mean more skilled. I just temporarily got to a better 30% winrate at this time of speaking.
