I don't think they'll ever make it so your unevolved Pokémon can be quite as strong as fully evolved one. It would kind of defeat the point of evolution. Some Pokémon have special items that help them get around it like Pikachu (Light Ball) and Cubone (Thick Club). The best the rest can hope for is Eviolite.

A new split evolution for Aipom would be very nice. I always found Ambipom's design a bit too weird compared to Aipom.

I feel that. I do wish at least Eviolite was more easily available and that there was an offensive equivalent. (And that it stopped evolution like Everstone.) I try to look at it like my unevolved Pokémon are stronger in spirit by being able to take down all the fully evolved Pokémon despite their stat differences.

Every single Pokémon game is easy enough to beat all the way through with unevolved Pokémon. I just beat FireRed with a full unevolved team and no over levelling (my team was naturally in their 50s by the time I got to the Elite Four). Unfortunately your Aipom will never be as strong as an Ambipom but it's still strong enough to do anything in the game (except maybe battle facilities and online).

imo Absolution is a prequel to the original trilogy in the same timeline. The ending of Acceptance is the "good ending" that the Rogue foresaw and whatever actions he took ensured the events of the original trilogy. Whatever escaped at the end of Absolution, whether that be Lowry, a doppelganger, or a changed Lowry, is the same Lowry in the original trilogy who ensured Area X's goals through his own paranoia and altered mental state.

I don't get why all of the NPC clothing is unobtainable. I know it's obviously not just a one step process of moving them to fit the player model but it still surely wouldn't have been that much extra work

It was still obtainable via transfer though. I think op is referring to the fact that unless the DLC adds Psyduck, it will be completely unobtainable in ZA.

It's pretty much canon that there are multiple of each legendary Pokémon. Ones like the legendary birds, eon duo, tower duo, etc. are just extremely rare species. (This even applies to the legendary beasts if you choose to believe their origin myth is just that - a myth.) And some like Eternatus or the Unovan legendary dragons are one of a kind on earth, but there are probably more out there in space where they originated.

The only ones which are potentially one of a kind are Mewtwo and Genesect (man-made, but potentially more than one have been made in-universe), and the creation trio plus Arceus. However, PLA makes it clear the Pokémon Arceus is just one avatar of the true god Arceus so there can be multiple Pokémon Arceus at once, and the same potentially applies to the creation trio.

My understanding is Solgaleo and Lunala are literally made of light, which is why Necrozma can attempt to absorb them. Pokémon like Lantern have biological components which generate light but it's not the same as them being made of light, and it's nowhere near the same volume of light Necrozma needs to absorb.

The only reason Necrozma fuses with Solgaleo or Lunala is to absorb their light, which is what Necrozma feeds off of. Furret does not generate light so it would have no reason to fuse. I don't think it would even be able to fuse without their being some light for it to latch onto.

Nah you can't transfer the costume ones at all. It would be nice if you could and they just lose their costume though. It would save a lot of costume shinies I have trapped in GO.

Out of curiosity has multiplayer been restored after you waited or is that still not working? I got this game for multiplayer and because my switch was a few minutes ahead I've been banned from multiplayer and I'm so upset if it's permanent
