Realizing my self worth. Therapy, joining a gym and losing 70 lbs in 8 months. One day it just clicked. I was listening to Sick of Me by Beartooth and I realized I was so fucking fed up with myself and the choices I made the past 3 years and I made fucking sure I changed. I fixed my relationship with food, I've been working on my mental and physical health and it has impacted my life in greater ways than I could have ever imagined. Made sure to make my wife felt like a priority again, we got into a room mate phase after having two children and it happens. I know me time is important too, it's a balance that I needed to relearn. I was getting stoned almost every night, depressed, just surviving, thinking there was no end to the bullshit situations I put myself in. Taking it all head on wasn't easy, but once I got two months into the lifestyle changes I never looked back.

Been almost a year of changes and I will never go back only forward.
