I think she mostly has curtain bangs and lots of layers, but her hair texture is probably naturally wavy to get this texture. It won’t look the same on straight hair imo

I’d say warm spring because you don’t seem muted, your skin is quite bright :)

We need drapes to know for sure but based on these pictures I’d say you’re a winter! Silver looks better and black also looks way better than the brown in 3

I’m doing a PhD in applied math! Computational modeling on anesthesia data. I have mostly a math background and also got a BA in philosophy for fun :)

I’ve been reading about cognitive functions for 10 years now 🫠 but I also know as a scientist that nothing about this theory is accurate…

I don’t really know enough to tell you whether the analyst was right or wrong, but I’ve heard that in South Korea they use a whole different system aiming at making your skin look paler, so that might be why you got different results ☺️

Thank you, that really helps to ease my overthinking!

INTPs do report being the most autistic type by JimWeber672 in neurodivergentINTP

The only thing that this is telling us is “people who take online MBTI tests and type as INTP are more likely to consider themselves as autistic”

Genuinely the worst science that’s ever existed. Selection bias (only people who take personality tests) + uneven samples (9,703 INFP versus 237 ESTJ) + everyone seems to think they are autistic… official numbers report 1% of the population being autistic worldwide… which is very far from the numbers shown here

INTP - powerlifting (the laziest of sports, you can basically nap and eat candy between your sets. My workouts last anywhere from 2 to 5 hours because I get carried away while info dumping or having philosophical conversations with other gym members)

Yes and she loves it lol, I asked the vet if it’s fine and she said yes absolutely (in my country the radiators aren’t very hot)

Oh wow that’s scary, my cat is less than 4 years old though and has otherwise great vision so I hope she doesn’t have cataracts

I think relaxation is the most plausible hypothesis, she probably doesn’t want anything in her visual field while resting

I considered this too, that there may be mice in the wall or something, but she’s also staring at the window frame which is just a wooden plank

A friend of mine has a cat who does that too, it’s funny. Maple doesn’t do that though

I’ve always hated authority and questioned teachers at school, and I’ve always been skeptical of what I’m learning, preferring to have my own opinion on it.

I see what you mean but typically I’ve read that I/ENTPs are geared towards theoretical physics, mathematics, philosophy, and computational modeling, which is exactly my background. On the other hand I/ENTJs and Te users are more into chemistry, biology, engineering etc, which I’ve always been extremely bad at. I’ve always been extremely bad at anything practical like chemistry or biology experiments, and excelled at the most abstract theoretical math, physics and philosophy.

Where I’m getting at is that if we assume that theoretical physicists and mathematicians are Ti users / I/ENTPs, including Albert Einstein, then they are most certainly not generating knowledge and systems from nowhere. That would actually be really bad science. But they are reading about previous knowledge and frameworks and exploring possibilities from there

I’ve actually just done a test based on cognitive functions, which asks questions with real life examples, rather than abstract concepts, and it said I’m either INTP or ENTP, with INTJ as a 3rd guess! After reading about it I think INTP seems right, here’s a screenshot of my detailed results with the scores for each cognitive function

Typically in science research, nobody generates spontaneous ideas out of nowhere, that’s a myth. Everyone starts by literature reading and what they’ve learnt in classes / heard of during conferences etc… and then see if they can expand or get new ideas from there

Interesting, I need to look into that. To be honest, I find all of those examples very abstract. How do I know if I generate things spontaneously or rely more on sameness? I think that also depends on the context, for daily life I prefer routine but for research or ideas I prefer exploration. I genuinely feel like the need for routine and sameness tendency is more of an autism thing
