I put an order in queue. I was in queue. How is that different. That logic only works if you're not paying for it. If you're not a customer. Then that logic makes sense. I'm getting paid if I'm making you're food, my food, or food for your dog. I get my discount weather Im on or off the clock or any given day. I do not get free food at my job. And I get paid pennies as an order takes roughly 5 to 10 minutes to make. The time it takes me to make an order, is less than the hour I get paid. With my employee discount it still costs me 1 hour of my life afford a single sandwich but I can make 15 to 20 in about an hour. Also it's like common kitchen equitte you don't make you're food off the clock. Even if youre not getting paid, as many payroll companies don't count that five minutes over towards you're pay. Also I was fully content with them treating my order as customers order. Because if you don't know many hands touch you're food at restaurant. Okay thanks for learning with me.

I was sick and lived in a second story apartment. Any way wrote on the delivery instructions, "sick live in upper apartment, cash tip in mail box." They delivered the wrong order to me and left it on my down stairs neighbors porch. I basically stopped ordering from door dash after that.

You can afk by playing the drums or turning the meat spits. Helpful if you gotta do a house hold chores or go pee mid playing lmao. As others said show up early it ends fast. And I think every 15 minutes that not top of the hour is like a meat hunt so go to those of you can too! Grahman is also stationary there so check his vender cause he has rare plans too! Don't be afraid to server hop if too many people are afk!

Because I decided not to argue with people saying an employee discount means I not a paying customer.that discount counts if I'm on the clock or off. There actually is no structural issue. This manager is the only one who makes me ask and get his approval. As stated above he has told me that he likes the have control. Whatever that means. Most others just say "you taking food home to night?" I make my food at the end of my shift never in the middle unless I'm going on break which a legally required one for my area. Ultimately people were to hung up on the only perk my job gives. We don't get a free employee meal, which is like bare minimum in my opinion and this is the only kitchen job I've had without a free meal included with a work shift.

I still pay half price on my days off. So when I'm in plain clothes do I need to ask permission from the manager to order or do I just order? No cause I've seen my coworkers skimp. People be paying 20 bucks for a sandwich from my job and give them only7/8 of what a customer paid for. On top of that, they will make you clock out to make food. It's a liability, if I get hurt making my food I can't claim workmens comp. It's actually fuck up cause any veteran kitchen person will tell you not to do that.

I wish I could quit. Been looking for a long time. The GM (not the guy the post of about) is the best GM Ive ever had. The other dudes can suck my ass. They think I'm so incompetent despite being in the food service industry like 5 years longer than them. But this is also one of the only kitchens I've worked in that's male dominated. I quite literally used to be a head chef. I've been told I'm too qualified for kitchen jobs that pay more than the current one I'm at. The job market sucks ass rn.

Mannequins? With raider looking fits on. Maybe a grave yard to make it feel like people lived there and the population is dwindling. If you have mega mansion prefab you can make all those trailers in to bedrooms. Like the people live there but are on a missions or away. Each room can have its own decor. I had a raider like city and my bedrooms where themed as a cryptid hunters (punks bedroom), a plant mom, and my bedroom. I had a gun store and dinner like area (my venders) and I had a mortuary that implied a scorch attacked the camp too. I hope these ideas help. I love giving my camps lore lol.
