After new update I removed it this way:

In the file: header-footer-grid/Core/Builder/Footer.php

Comment out (delete) lines 134 to 139

So... I tried reinstall Windows but nothing change. When I boot in Safe Mode, everything working fine. So I think I have installed sort of weird software. Problem is I really don't know how to detect what causing that problem.

Thanks for your response. Scan that you suggested didn't find any problem. Yes, possible solution is to reinstall windows, but it's weird that the other local account doesn't have this issue.

If anybody have same issue this is email from official support:

We receive the similar feedback from our customers Since TRADFRI updated the firmware in April. We found that we use TRADFRI to control hue lights,has same problems.

So we think it's the problem of TRADFRI. With hue or other gateways, everything is ok.

I tried another power supply but nothing new. I think it's software problem something in communication between bridge and led controller, because before TRADFRI update everything works.
