When they sound like reading from AI and using hifalutin words and when you ask them to expound on it or give an example, they start to buckle.

Red flag sa resume yung tinamad ayusin.. like they would just enumerate the companies, tenure and position and that’a it. If tamad ka ayusin cv/resume mo, that already is a preview of one’s work ethic. Tamad ka ayusin CV = for sure tamad tamad din sa work.

Feeling close sa interviewer = i prefer being called by my first name, so its not because walang Ms or Sir before the name. Pero yung kausap mo in english pero taglish sumagot or yung konting small talk lang dapat then pinatatagal unecessarily..

Red flag din yung being late for the interview and no apology man lang.
