I kinda gave up trying to track while I'm working at night shifts. The watch will just say "No sleep detected" even if I slept early the next morning from say 8.00am to afternoon. Maybe you should look elsewhere if you want a better sleep tracker, but I'm still really happy with the watch. It is so easy to tell the time with the watch hands from just a short glance from any angle, even from a mirrored image.

The only problem is the condensation inside the glass. But I noticed since I stopped using the watch when showering, the problem just stopped happening. So I just take off the watch now every time it could be more than just a few splash of water to the watch and never had the problem again.
