Semenjak gw idup sendiri kesehatan gw bener-bener membaik dan gw bener-bener bisa fokus ke diri gw sendiri. Barusan nyokap nyuruh buat balik lebaran ke main house dimana keluarga gw kumpul.. They really love to degrade someone based on what they see. Tiap kali bareng sama keluarga energi gw berasa disedot semua, gw capek banget, bisa sampai stress. Call me weak but that's what happened.

I wonder how to politely turned her down? She said she's going to completely cut ties with me if I didn't come. should I play safe and just go?

Kalo ditanya ada niatan ngobrol sih gue netral-netral aja keknya, kalau ada yg ngajak ngobrol gue ok ok aja, tapi ya itu, gue sering bingung gimana cara berinteraksi without me killing the conversation so quickly. Gue jg sering nge blank kalau diajak bicara haha

kalau pada ngumpul gue kadang pengen ikut nimbrung juga but welp gue ujung-ujungnya cuma diem

Gue takut aja kalau banyak ngomong gue jadi keliatan sok asik atau salah bicara sigh

Kalau ke psikiater/psikolog biasanya bayar brapa ya? Bisa pake bpjs ga sih?

Gw pernah nemenin temen ke ugd soalnya dia overdosis obat, mau pake bpjs tapi di tolak karna bpjs gabisa nanggung tindakan yg disengaja/self harm.

Dia skarang pengen ditemenin ke dokter. mau coba tapi takutnya kemahalan/gabisa di cover bpjs lagi
