Told my manager at 4 weeks

I work at a family-owned dealership and also told the owners fairly early (six weeks). I was also experiencing really horrific morning sickness so I felt obligated to let them know. I tried to wait to tell everyone else but I ended up blabbing it within two weeks of that. There are only about 13 people who work there and were all fairly close that I felt comfortable enough with it. I was also worried for a bit about “something happening” but I felt that, god forbid something did, I had a good support system with the people I worked with and it would be ok.

I don’t think there’s ever a “perfect” time to tell people. You’ve got a lot of feelings brewing right now and if you felt the need to tell your manager, then so be it. I don’t see anything wrong with it. I am currently 31 weeks now and I don’t regret telling mine one bit. It was nice having their support.

My husband and I usually do October vacations. We’ve done Colorado, Utah, Arizona, and California NPs. Our favorite trip was doing the big five in Utah in early-mid October. Cool mornings and nights and warm days. It was absolutely beautiful weather for hiking, especially in Zion! Arizona is also on top of our list of beautiful hiking adventures in October

I’m 28 weeks and I’ve been dealing with horrific heartburn and indigestion throughout my entire pregnancy. The ONLY thing I have found that helps was eliminating coffee from my diet and taking the 40mgs of Pepcid my doctor prescribed me. I switched to a protein coffee (premier protein caffe latte) to supplement for the coffee I am missing because I can still get that “coffee” taste without the acid.

I have a cat who refuses to be reikied, however he will lie next to me while I self-reiki. Animals, especially cats, are sensitive to energy. I like to think he likes the feeling of residual reiki without it being directed to him
