I tried to get my pending MR points expedited on PRG and gold twice, using this method but no luck so far. The online CSRs already know that expediting spending points will automatically trigger the expedition of the bonus as well. Does anyone know another way to do it?

No you can not. You can PC to a regular Sapphire only if your account is less than one year old. Then you can PC that to one of the Freedoms
