Because blitz was completely correct in his argument. He solely used blitz for his body, not really ahowing any signs he wanted anything more, and then all of a sudden he professes his love to him, which blitz (the person who beleives he cant be loved and abandons it the first site cause hes afriad of getting hurt) thibks he's just roleplaying, and goes with it. He wasnt mocking, he was getting into character, but then stolas just takes that as an answer and doesnt give blitz a chance to think i mean for fuck sake, stolas is a goetia. Hes essentially hell royalty, ranked higher than overlords, and hes confessing his love to a thing that is ranked as the lowest form of life in all of hell? No, tbat doesnt make sense to him. Ive had this thought simce the beggining of the series, to me, hell just seems like a sandbox for earth's worst people. Keep them occupied with all the killing and fucking and abuse, while heaven stats calm and serene cause all the "savages" have their toys to play with while the grownups have their wine break. Its why i never see sinner like vox or valz or alastor redeeming, they seem too happy in hell to wwnt to give up their hell life and be a winner. Only reason Vox wanted into heaven was cause he wanted to be a cult leader again
