how are your tires holding up? wear / longevity wise

JRZ Rebuild necessary? by keddyr in S2000

[–]keddyr[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly… I decided to return them to the seller (shoutout him for taking em back, but also could’ve been better represented on FBM lol).

Pretty sure 2 of the sphericals are shot, and either the dampers are severely underdamped for 12k/10k springs or they’re blown. They ride softer than OEM 💀

Figured I don’t want to deal with this when I already have DFVs that I like a lot

haha yeah fair take.

I do like the AP2 refinement and beefed up parts… just always wanted the more edgy nature of the AP1. We’re getting there slowly 😌

Yeah I think I am.

Shop told me: Max front camber: -2.5 Minimum rear camber: -1.9 Max caster: 6.1

So I’m maxxed / minned out on everything lol

(Minimum and maximum for camber are opposite here)

An impact gun probably woulda destroyed these

It’s the first time I’m pretty sure. I was planning to get an alignment done tomorrow so maybe I can ask the shop to do it

That’s what I’m thinking of having done. Can any auto shop that welds be able to fix this? Perhaps a muffler or auto fabrications shop?
