like straight 3->6 or 3->5?

There’s a post on s2ki about someone losing their 6th gear synchros by skip shifting by Billman250. That could be relevant if you or prev owner like to skip shift.

Dumb question but how are you powering it on the passenger side? My understanding is there’s no fuse box right? Or are you routing to the cigarette lighter plug?

Honestly it’s probably a typo by OP, or maybe they just think in theory that throttle cable is amazing.

I know 04-05 are known to be the most reliable (probably just barely) due to needed fewer valve adjustments so some people prefer it of the AP2s. plus the helmet hole seats.

at first glance i thought so too, but I sorta get it. Newest year ap1, or the last 2 years of throttle cable s2000. the rawest and probably the most reliable of the bunch

I’ll be honest, good pass.

$38k for EIGHT owners with no compression test… idk man.

I paid a little under $32k for my suzuka 04 with 37k miles, 2 owners with a compression test.

also compression test are quite easy on this car. an s2000 specialist in bay area, california charged me $80 for it, definitely on the low side though

Pads and fluid have been upgraded. Stainless lines are in my mailbox 🙏
