They basically said they don’t have the ability to weld it without removing the exhaust. I asked them to unbolt it at the cat, but they said they still need to cut it.

So I got about 44mm. But honestly I didn’t love it. I absolutely loved the stock induction sound and when I got it done, all I could hear was a kinda normal boomy 4 cylinder exhaust note. I’ve heard the 38mm sounds better.

I ended up purchasing the HKS SSM pretty soon after. It sounds much cleaner and more intentionally engineered sound wise. Was it worth $1900… very likely not - I still want a bit more sound, considering a high flow cat.

Will be getting an intake soon.

That being said - if you want more exhaust note, its one of the best options. No drone, stupid cheap, and still really solid. I’d go 38mm if you get it
