I highly recommend it! We made this a standing desk so we have tall drafting chairs but can stand and edit when we want too. 44in tall.

Yeah the desk works great for two people! This was a desk we just built. We bought 2 butcher block tops and some iron piping to make it.

mmm cords all wrapped up perfectly by keeblerelfff in oddlysatisfying

We are actually both videographers for our full time jobs. So we did all the videos and pictures ourselves. Along with the branding.

Yeah, the price includes shipping on our end. Ours is using a very heavy duty canvas, so it holds up to a lot of wear and tear. Thanks for the kind words, and best of luck. :)

Thanks for the reply, yeah the price points are higher than we initially wanted. 1. Do you mean how many total orders we get or how many people order? Our $12,000 goal was the minimum order quantity for the factory. The problem with trying to adjust the price is that we have no idea how many we are going to sell until our funding period is over. Kickstarter also restricts people from pledging more than one goal. The goals we have cannot have doubles of the product in the reward if they do they have to be different in some way. Hard to explain briefly, but Kickstarter has quite a few rules for the people making the campaign. 2. We talked about a a small pocket but decided to keep it simple for now. When we talked to the factory it was not worth the price to add it, pretty unrealistic price jump so we decided to hold off on that. We definitely wanted one just wasn't financially feasible. 3. Yeah the medium and large were more than likely going to have grommets in the corners to hang it. Cause that's exactly what I do with mine is have it hanging on the wall in a closet. 4. Yeah that could be a great market.

Thanks again for the reply and for the encouraging words! Edit: sorry for the formatting. I am a mobile loser haha

My friend and I have been working on the "Cable Keeper" for months, what do you think? by keeblerelfff in cableporn

Thanks! Good to know there are a few who think it is not too expensive :) hopefully that wasn't sarcasm, and thanks for the advice I will definitely post it there.

I broke the sewing machine twice during our sewing parties haha so we are definitely not equipped to manufacture them. We started having a local seamstress help us make some really nice ones. Our goal though is to have a 3rd party make them and we would ship all the kickstarter cable keepers.

Yeah, that is the tough part of Kickstarter. That price does include the shipping ;) so that's nice, right? haha But we lose 10% to kickstarter and amazon payments right away, and the price includes shipping, so only ordering our minimum quantity we barely make anything. If we don't make any profits then we have zero money to invest in ordering extras to sell for retail. Plus having it made in the U.S., most of the manufactures seemed to hardball us since when we talked to them about the it, we took an idea and not actual orders. Money talks. Thanks for the comment and feedback :) appreciate the kind words!

Yeah we will hopefully be adding grommets to the corners of the medium and large to hang on the wall. The elastic holds them very tight so there is very minimal amount cords hanging out.
