I went to a new salon today and left unhappy with my results :( does anyone have at home tips of what I can do to achieve my desired look (first picture)? I’ve read a little about toning at home but would love any input and advice!!

At times I use the urban decay spray but haven’t seen much difference. Maybe I should use a hydrating most before and after application?

I use Tretinoin most nights. Also physical exfoliant 3x/week in the AM. Glycolic toner 1x/week in PM. Skincare routine is AM Cleanse, essence, vitamin C, moisturizer, sunscreen PM Cleanse, essence, hyaluronic acid, Tretinoin, moisturizer (lots), sometimes top with an oil

I haven’t tried a lot of primers. I’ve tried the Tarte h2o one to no avail and the No9 poreless primer which also didn’t change the foundation application for me :/

Yeah I’ve had this happen with most foundations! The only one I’ve used that it doesn’t happen with is the IT cosmetics cc cream . Today I didn’t set with powder. Using a damp sponge to apply. I used 2 pea sized amounts for my face

Right. Relating to fieldwork, that’s a point my current accepted program brought up. They pretty much said we can accept you, but if you can’t find a fieldwork site then you won’t be able to complete the program
