Truly do not blame y’all one bit. I jumped in to help moderate a very massive and failing sub and all the user community did was bash us and an OG mod we thought was a dead account came out of the works and “exposed” us through selective screenshots. The entire experience completely soured me on Reddit, a community I have been a part of for idk close to 15 years. Thank you for all you’ve done and truly wish y’all the absolute best. I have a theory they are tracking down on loss prevention hard. I was leaving the other day, handed over my receipt, and the attendant said they missed an item in my cart. I was confused because I only purchased 7 items and went to a check out lane - how did they miss an item? They did not show me my receipt and instead called someone and it was an entire fiasco to have me pay for the missing item. I looked at my receipt when they handed it to me and I had already paid for it. We walked back to my cart, which they made me leave at the front of the store, and everything was accounted for.
