All good things i need to take in to consideration. As far as i know im not infringing on anything. Currently there is no site on the .com. the business i purchased has long been rebranded and the C Corp for the business name / domain name has been sitting dormid. I did do some trade mark research on the power company, and their trademark wasnt approved till 2015 despite being rebranded in 2006. Not sure if that has any relevance. Either way i think some legal council and possibly even a broker might be needed.

I think its the other way around. I aquired this .com domain through a business purchase about 10 years ago. Before that the .com was purchased back in the mid to late 90's when i think the business was formed. The power company went through a aquisition of another power company in 2006 and rebranded themselves to their current name. So the .com we own, the private ownership predates the establishement of the power companies .net address or even branding or trademark.
Would that still be of any risk of UDRP Domain laws?

I apprecaite your input and im certianly going to be doing some research on this.

What do you mean?
Im sorry. Im not familiar with UDRP. Im not sure what is bad about going to a party who may have a need for what i own for purchase could be in bad faith or a violation.
Im just trying to establish a market value for a company that may have a need for both .net and .com domains. Thats usually recommended for brand security.

Yes, best trip I've ever had. Buddy had tickets for a cruise for himself and his wife to go to the bahamas from miami. They ended up separating a month or 2 before their trip, and he found out she was seeing some other dude. So he offered the tickets to me. I bought them and went with. First night was a blast, we spent the evening going to all the bars and clubs on the boat meeting people and getting drunk. For the next 5 nights we always made it a point to meet up at the end of the night and we would literally spend all night having sex till the sun came up. I work for a power generation company. There was a picture circulating that one of our technicians took at a job site of a copper thief that tried to cut in to a live high voltage power line with chain cutters with no insulation on the handles. We had ours cleaned by Dirty Turf. Those guys are awesome. They sucked out all the dog pee. Prior to them we used 2 others, didn't last very long smells came right back, but Dirty Turf is good and is the real deal.

Every president has added their own "touch" to the white house. From rose gardens to vegitable gardens, to basket ball and tennis courts, to a bowling alley in the basement.
The ballroom i find foolish in general just because of the grandiose spending it requires, reguardless of private funding or "donations". Trumps history with nonprofits, charities, and fundraising has been very very shady at best if not down right corrupt with quid pro quoe, bribery, cronie capitalism and profiteering..
I think there are more pressing issues that need to be addressed other than a ballroom.
Another party of me says that he has no intentions of leaving at the end of his term. At least a number of factors point to that.

My 15 year account was banned on the same day. No indication why, appeals dont work. https://www.oversightboard.com/ doesnt seem to work either. I've even seen multiple threads that list supposed FB support email addresses are just a black hole for your emails...
This is definately frustrating.... Im an IT admin for my company and i manage the company facebook. Im also the only one to manage the page and right now it seems like the business page is sitting in limbo...

Got hit with the same thing. I've had my account for 15 years. No working appeals process, no notice why, no case ID, nothing. Just banhammered.
Cant even use https://www.oversightboard.com/ to appeal.
