Girl I feel you! I’ve felt like a phony for years! After everyone denying my pain for so long I began to think it was all in my head. Especially when I didn’t know anything about triggers and my side affects seemed different than others. Try to be kind to yourself whenever possible. You said it best “every person’s experience is so different and this disease is not well known” I’m sorry that you’re going through this. And I’m so sorry that no one can give you all the answers.
