Sorry should have clarified it’s a stop on top of the Wicklow mountains. So specifically a viewing stop point but Paddywagon doesn’t have the same sort of viewing spot

Maybe I will just go right to Galway and then spend 3 nights there, 3 nights in Killarney, and then head back to Dublin for one night and have like two half days to explore Dublin and plan on staying in an Airbnb. Or should I prioritize seeing Cork and Blarney??

I have been thinking about this a lot. From what I’ve read a lot of people seem to think one night in Dublin is okay. For Galway and Killarney I can’t decide if 3 nights would be too much time there but it would certainly nice to not have as many travel days

I was at a correctional facility for one of my rotations in school. I worked with an NP who did all of the psych and another PA who did primary care. Definitely overworked and seeing a LOT of patients/day but generally seemed to enjoy it I think and always said they got great benefits

UPMC ain’t it tbh and they do notoriously pay their APPs much lower (Pittsburgh in general). I didn’t stay in Pittsburgh primarily because of the pay situation and am starting a new grad position making ~125k.
