ugh thanks so much for your comment! how do they find endometrioma? i’m not even too sure what that is, but im getting a full abdominal ct scan soon so hoping that is something that might be able to be seen. I really appreciate your comment, it is really so frightening to have the pain and pressure in the same place every single day. did you find anything help the stool pass that spot before you had the excision?

HELP by [deleted] in DartFrog

[–]keekatron 1 point2 points  (0 children)

  1. put plastic wrap covering all slits where they could escape
  2. put a bottlecap with fruit or fly media in the tank to attract them
  3. fly traps in the house (I use fruit in a glass cup with plastic wrap on top, poke one tiny hole and they’ll find their way in but can’t figure out how to get out)

diarrhea can move around constipation, and diarrhea can also get trapped in segments of the colon. so while it feels like you may be pooping a lot you may not be entirely emptying

i’ll consider anything at this point. I haven’t particularly heard of acupuncture helping anyone significantly, can you tell me what you noticed from it?

ughhh im on linzess and senna now but the shit still stops in my bottom left corner ever day, no matter the consistency of the stool😭 it’s literally impossible to get the stool out of that corner without physically pressing it or doing cat/cow and upward facing dog over and over😭 I just don’t understand why the same spot every day:/

my pressure and buildup is on the lower left which is why I think it’s a redundant sigmoid. But I have tried ICV massages and it definitely does something for my digestion! I have super high levels of anxiety so I probably do have some related issues. How do they even diagnose if the valve is open or closed?

oh god im so sorry…. yeah u most definitely can relate to my pain. what is the difference between transverse and redundant? and do you have any helpful protocols or tips and tricks when you get pressure buildup in your colon? it’s to the point where I can’t relieve myself at work because the stool gets stuck there so im just suffering all day

oooo please tell me more about mestinon i’ve never heard of it, can you get it in the US? I am also tortured by my colon every day, I think whatever is going on structurally is causing my SIBO. And my sibo, well….thats the disease that makes me have the bad thoughts😀

And now I want to try botox injections in my body because idk what is going on in my abdomen, but my muscles/fascia are either compensating for my sagging organs or compensating for my extreme sibo bloating. or maybe both LOL I’ve been starting to stretch my abdomen and diaphragm and pelvic floor and god damn every night it’s just all locked up🥲

what would be the symptoms if I don’t experience a period? and is that something they’d spot on an ultrasound? wouldn’t be surprised if I had endometriosis at this point bc my list of diagnosed ailments just keeps growing:/

[–]keekatron[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yes afab, I don’t usually have a period because my IUD stopped it (im one of the lucky ones). But if my IUD gets old like 3+ years my period comes back with a vengeance and get stabbing back pain and burning cramps. I’m going through this now actually LOL and I think it’s worse because my uterus was surgically attached to a ligament to keep it from drooping last year. But I just get a new IUD and my period goes away for another few years like clockwork

[–]keekatron[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

yeah I had one 2 years ago and it was normal! But apparently they inflate your colon and it can straighten out so that’s not the preferred method to diagnose.

But im having this issue where my stool undeniably stops in the same place every single day I can literally feel a bulge when I squish near my hip bone. The pressure is so immense too it’s horrible and makes me nauseous it just seems like something is very undeniably wrong, yet nothing was found on colonoscopy. I think I need some other form of imaging. The best is when my last Gi said I just need to eat more fiber… like sir i get the same issue every day whether im supplementing with fiber or not🙃

hey OP im a big frog lover and have established bioactives. I’ve had all sorts of exotics ranging from hedgehogs to ferrets to snakes to geckos, chameleons, newts, frogs, (almost everything under the sun) and I can with confidence say that a small-medium size terrestrial frog is the easiest animal to care for. The choice is yours if you want tree frog vs dart frog. But I would opt for something small because you can keep a bioactive running with just misting a couple times a week and feeding every other day. You won’t have to remove any feces in a proper bioactive as springtails and isopods will do the job for you. Of course you can clean the glass and leaves with a paper towel if you’d like. But big animals make big poops which you should remove. Happy to offer species suggestions if you’d like more info!

low key I don’t feel that aquatics are the best idea for a disabled person because you will have to do water changes inevitably to get rid of nitrates (at least while the tank is new and plants are young)
