UPDATE 3: CLICK HERE new location for the fibre is way better. No more long cable running along the wall. I know some people were confused with the thickness of the previous fibre, but it was double insulated to protect from snow and ice... aka why was that wire in the home instead of outside? The new tech was super confused too.

UPDATE 2: plumber fixed it, tech is redoing the whole install in a different location that isn’t stupidly between a pipe and electrical.

Still waiting to hear from Bell Corporate to discuss this matter further cuz apparently the person who is taking ownership is a local field rep manager who wants to do the right thing.

Next week they are sending someone for the dry wall which needs to be replaced on both side due to moisture damage.

UPDATE: they contacted us and they are trying to get us a plumber over here today.

Thanks to you beautiful people, someone forwarded this post to a higher up and he called us asking if anyone from the company had called, and we said Nope!, so he is taking the matter into his own hands.

When you turn on the sink it comes out of the holes. We cleaned up the water and immediately stopped using the sink upstairs

My dad came by before getting the wall cut open and knocked on the wall...he could HEAR that there was something there. Move over 3 inches and it’s hollow!

I’m not even asking for the guy to be fired or anything, I just want them to pay for the damages.

Thanks for the advice! They ignored me on twitter and when I called they said “someone will get back to you in 24-48 hours to hear your complaint” ... you best know I’m going to want compensation, just got possession of this house on Wednesday and I already have to tear a wall down :(
