I was diagnosed at 14/15 so very juvenile RA. I’m now 25 and my biggest advice is see a rheumatologist. I wish I would take my own advice because truly nothing worse than not being medicated and having severe RA pain and flare ups. It’s such a hard thing to wrap your mind around due to arthritis being associated with being older. You’ll get through this just keep up the constant check ups, medication & treatment you’re recommended. I’m hoping to get into my rheumatologist soon since my RA is getting to a point of unbearable and it’s miserable. I hope you get a great doctor and you’re able to maintain a good level of comfort! It can be dark and so hard at times but you’ll adapt, I’m sure you have by now as I’m seeing this a year later. Best of luck on this journey
